Quick note of thanks regarding the Van From Snowy River in relation to my friend’s removal from Cooma/Canberra to Sydney earlier this week.
The feedback I have had from them has been full of praise for the efforts, attitude, professionalism and friendly nature of Ben and Tim who conducted the uplift(s) and delivery.
I have done over 15 moves around the country during my service in the ADF (and another 15-odd as a child of a serviceman before that) and can safely say that the Van From Snowy River team has easily been the best I have been involved in.
Your customer service in the lead up to the removal, and during the removal itself, was second to none.
I will strongly recommend the Van From Snowy River to anyone who asks – you certainly validated my belief that going with “the local bloke” will always be better than going with some large company from the city any day.
